The Enquiries Channel is a means of communication that we place at your disposal to formulate specific questions arising from the application or interpretation of the Code of Ethics and Operational Principles, and all other CaixaBank Payments & Consumer rules of conduct. This channel is essential to comply with these regulations and is, therefore, an active part of the ongoing improvement of CaixaBank Payments & Consumer.
No queries from other groups than those established will be accepted. These are included in the groups drop-down menu of the Channel's Platform.
For example, queries by customers will not be accepted. In this case, Customer Service will be the appropriate channel.
This Channel provides important guarantees. These include confidentiality during the entire management process and the use of computer tools that ensure the automatic deletion of all access to the Queries Channel.
The queries have to be made using your name, not anonymously.
Remember that you can access the Queries Channel whenever you want. It is available 24/7, and you can do so using a corporate or personal device.
The platform allows asking questions in Spanish, Catalan, English and Portuguese.
