Consultations brought by groups other than those envisaged will not be admitted, as shown in the drop-down list of groups of the Platform Channel. In any event, consultations brought by customers will not be admitted, in which case the appropriate channel will be the Customer Service.ACCESS
This Channel provides a series of guarantees, including confidentiality throughout the process and the setting up of suitable IT systems to ensure that access records to the Enquiries Channel are automatically deleted. Enquiries are nominative, meaning they cannot be anonymous. Remember that you can access the Enquiries Channel 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from a corporate or personal device. In addition, the channel's platform lets you submit enquiries in Spanish, Catalan, English or Portuguese.
