WHAT IS THE EQUALITY PLAN?

CaixaBank Payments & Consumer signed an Equality Plan with Personnel Representatives in February 2023, thus complying with Royal Decree 6/2019.

CaixaBank Payments & Consumer therefore establishes equal opportunities between women and men as a strategic principle in its corporate and human resources policies.

The Equality Plan consists of a set of equality measures that apply to each of its Personnel policies, and which will be implemented throughout the term of this 4-year Equality Plan.

WHAT IS THE WORKPLACE EQUALITY SEAL?

CaixaBank Payments & Consumer holds the Equality Seal for its commitment to gender equality in the workplace, awarded by the Ministry of Equality and regulated by Royal Decree 1615/2009, 26 October.

This seal recognises CaixaBank Payments & Consumer's commitment to equality in the work environment. It is proof that it applies its Equality Plan. This plan encourages equality between men and women in accessing employment, work conditions, work-life balance, joint responsibility, equal wage and inclusive communication. It also promotes a social responsibility policy that focuses on gender.


COMMITTED TO THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY

CaixaBank Payments & Consumer has signed the Charter of Diversity. Therefore, we have committed to the principle of equality, diversity and inclusion. This initiative has been launched by the Diversity Foundation and is recognised by the European Commission. It involves fulfilling 10 principles that promote equality, diversity and inclusion:
