The average supplier payment period for CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A. (Sociedad Unipersonal) is 14 days, below the legal limit of 30 calendar days, extendable up to 60 calendar days (subject to agreement by the parties), under the Second Transitional Provision of Spanish Law 15/2010, of 5 July, setting out measures to combat late payments in commercial transactions.

In 2025, CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A. (Sole Shareholder Company) has paid a total of 56,511 invoices amounting to 354 million euros. Of these, 54,669 invoices, amounting to 329 million euros, were paid within the legal deadline, representing 96.7% of the total number of invoices and 92.9% of the total amount paid.
