SOLIDARITY FORMULA PROGRAMME

The Solidarity Formula Programme seeks to support projects promoted by social organisations. The initiative channels the Foundation's social action funds and donations from companies and individuals to the programme's various social causes.

CaixaBank Payments & Consumers, in collaboration with CaixaBank and the "la Caixa" Foundation, has promoted 115 projects that have benefited 111 social entities that help vulnerable groups at risk of social exclusion.

THE SOLIDARITY FORMULA PROGRAMME OFFERS
DIFFERENT WAYS TO COLLABORATE:

RENT SUPPORT

CaixaBank Payments & Consumer joins our customers in helping NGOs meet their needs resulting from the demands of new regulations on the subject of sustainability, to upgrade polluting vehicles or equipment.

MOBILITY SUPPORT

We help NGOs upgrade their vehicle fleets. Through the Rent Support programme and the vehicle donations, we help them carry on with their daily activity. The Rent Support programme offers access to new vehicles, including maintenance, with very favourable terms, and the option of purchasing the vehicle outright at a special price after a few years.

ICT SUPPORT

Because we are concerned about the digital divide that exists today, we involve our customers who specialise in the technology and information sector, and make joint donations to cover the technological material, equipment and IT needs of NGOs. 

ENERGY SUPPORT

Through alliances with our partners, we help implement energy efficiency measures in homes and centres of NGOs that collaborate with CaixaBank Social Action, such as installing photovoltaic panels for self-supply. 

HEALTH, SMILES AND SUPPORT

We develop programmes that cover the basic ophthalmological, dental and hearing needs of the most vulnerable groups, with a special focus on children. Thanks to this programme, over the course of 2020, we were able to finance dental check-ups and treatments for more than a hundred children at risk of poverty in Huelva.

HOME SUPPORT

Through NGOs, we collaborate with projects that are intended to meet the basic needs of families, such as essential products for maternity and childcare, medical products and food.

VOLUNTEERING PROGRAMME

We actively participate in social and environmental projects through our CaixaBank volunteering programme. 

Our community of volunteers brings together people from all CaixaBank companies, who participate in more than 4,000 projects and activities every year.

PITCH YOUR PROJECT

Everyone who works at CaixaBank Payments & Consumers can submit projects from the NGOs we collaborate and/or have a relationship with, so they can be considered to receive a financial boost from CaixaBank Social Action.

Every year, CaixaBank Payments & Consumer rewards the two projects with the most votes.

THE TREE OF DREAMS We want every child to get a gift on Christmas. The Tree of Dreams is an initiative that involves our staff and many of our customers, who buy gifts for the most vulnerable families.
