The Whistleblower Channel is a method for easily and confidentially reporting irregularities that may involve violations of the law. Reports can be made anonymously.
This Channel is made available by the CaixaBank Group as part of its internal reporting system, and is essential to comply with the Code of Ethics in general and with internal regulations in particular, and is thus an active part of our continuous improvement.

Complaints made by groups not shown in the drop-down menu provided on the Whistleblowing Channel are not permitted. For example, complaints from customers will not be accepted, and must instead go through the Customer Service Department.
