This insurance protects voluntary loan payments associated with financing. Its main purpose is to ensure payment of the outstanding balance of the loan if a covered event occurs.

DEATH
It provides the policyholder with the guarantee of settling the outstanding loan balance in the event of death, whether due to illness or accident.
SEVERE DISABILITY
Provides the policyholder the guarantee of settling the outstanding loan balance in the event of severe disability, whether due to accident or illness.
UNEMPLOYMENT OR TEMPORARY DISABILITY
Unemployment:
It covers the dismissal of customers with a permanent contract, temporary employees and cooperative members. The main requirement is that the INEM recognises the unemployment situation. There is a two-month waiting period from the signing of the contract and a one-month excess.
Temporary Disability:
It covers temporary disability for self-employed workers, career civil servants and customers with a temporary contract. And it has a two-month waiting period, only for illness, from contract signing and a one-month excess.
Compensation in both cases:
-Indemnity to be received for Cards: Compensation will be paid with 10% of the balance drawn on the date of temporary disability, monthly with a maximum of six consecutive monthly payments, regardless of the customer's payment method and with a maximum of €400/month.
-Indemnity to be received for Loans: Compensation will be provided with the amount of the monthly payment, with a maximum of six consecutive monthly payments or 18 alternate monthly payments, and with a maximum of €400/month.
PURCHASE GUARANTEE (CARDS ONLY)
It offers protection against the theft or total destruction of the asset, provided said theft or total destruction occurs within 90 days of purchase, limited to €2,500.
FRAUDULENT USE (CARDS ONLY)
It offers protection against the unauthorised use of the card by a third party that results in a debt. This benefit is limited to €150.

UNEMPLOYMENT
Intended for salaried employees with a minimum employment contract of 6 months, public-sector employees who pay into unemployment insurance, and co-op members.
TEMPORARY INCAPACITY (TI)
Intended for self-employed professionals, salaried employees with less than 6 months on their current work contract, and public-sector employees who do not pay into unemployment insurance.
AUTOMOBILE COMPENSATION INDEMNITY (ICA)
Intended for customers who have financed a vehicle and want to protect it against the possibility of a total loss.
